- How big is the bag?
The Garden Bags are similar to wool sacks, and are set up in a steel frame to hold them open. They hold approx 450L (which is nearly double that of a standard 240L wheelie bin). - Does the bag need to be near the roadside?
No - we change out full bags by using a sack trolley, thus the bags can be located in a spot convenient for you, as long as we can get our sack trolley in and out (stairs can be an issue). - What areas do you cover?
Based in New Plymouth we currently service Bell Block, Waitara, Inglewood and Oakura. - What can I put in the bag?
Anything that grows in the garden can happily be thrown in the bag, but please NO SOIL or NON-ORGANIC WASTE. - What happens on Public Holidays?
The calendar we provide shows the dates we call for scheduled collections. - What happens to my green waste once you've taken it?
We fully support recycling and finding the best uses for waste - we currently take your waste to Revital Fertilisers where it is mulched, treated and turned into Organic Compost products. - How can I pay my account?
Our preferred method of payment is Internet Banking, if you do not have this facility, plase contact us and we can organise other ways to make payment.
